External Affairs Manager

The External Affairs Manager at this destination marketing agency will be expected to support the delivery of all regional corporate affairs activity. This will include identifying, engaging and influencing media and a variety of audiences through the production and implementation of corporate affairs plans for both campaigns and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be expected to lead commercial and PR planning meetings, support the delivery of events, and work with regional media answering enquiries as well as generating news stories.

Suitable candidates will be of graduate or equivalent caliber, with the ability to work to deadlines on their own initiative. Previous experience of media, stakeholder engagement and / or corporate affairs activity is essential, as are strong organisational and networking skills and a proven track record of delivery.
