Employee Communications Consultant – Financial Services

This international financial services organisation based in Southampton is looking for an internal communications consultant to provide communications advice and delivery to support the Employee Communications plan and the vision, strategy, and goals of the organisation.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing communications plans aligned to the wider business strategy, whilst also coaching and advising stakeholders in effective internal communications practice.

You will have a proven track record of writing, developing and delivering internal communication strategies within a large complex company. You will also have experience of developing key corporate messages and communicating them to stakeholders and audiences, as well experience of measuring their impact.
