Internal Communications Manager

This large telecommunications company is looking for an experienced internal communicator to provide a strategic business partnership with all key stakeholders, and to champion and drive effective change management through a pro-active and professional employee communications service.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Engagement you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans for transformation projects across the organisation, and providing communications advice to separate business units.

With well developed writing skills you will have worked in a strategic capacity within a busy internal comms function. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of influencing senior management, and will have the ability to manage a number of projects to tight timescales.
