One of theUK’s largest energy companies is looking for an experienced internal communications manager to develop, deliver and evaluate effective communications with employees within its energy branch.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a communications plan in line with the corporate iC strategy, in order to effectively deliver messages to employees across 5 locations in the UK. The role is stand alone within the business unit, so the successful applicant will need to have a good mix of strategic and tactical skills; as well as the gravitas to work with senior management at a consultative level.

You will have significant experience of working strategically in an internal communications role within a complex company; and will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivery.
