An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Communications Manager to make their mark at one of the leading Healthcare groups in the UK, delivering a range of services through its national network of independent hospitals and other operating divisions. You will be expected to take responsibility for delivering internal communications change projects and strategy to over 9,000 employees.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management of internal communication channels
• Measuring effectiveness through an annual Internal Communications audit and an employee opinions survey
• Developing innovative approaches to communicating business strategy and key initiatives such as industry regulations, pay & reward.
• Providing a consultancy service up to senior management level.

To be considered for this role you will have the following credentials:

• Solid Internal Communications background, preferably at a large Blue Chip company.
• Strong people and project management skills, preferably within a change environment.
• A proactive player, with drive, energy and enthusiasm.
