NO-EVIL.NET MOBILE IN A MICROWAVE
With huge thanks to Scamp who popped this fella up (by Droga5). Lovely piece of viral - has enough in it to make you want to head across to find out what the website at the end of the clip is all about.
Scamp's post with this in it has some of the brand's "regular" TV work in it as well, which is anything but regular and well-worth watching.
I think that we're probably all looking forward to seeing some more Droga5 work over here in the UK - what with their hype campaigns creating massive word of voice and much entertainment all the while. You might remember HoneyShed that we posted about a wee while back, which is another of their's.
Oh, and while writing on the subject of viral work, Rob asked me to pop this up - his agency's latest work to promote John West. Rob is a thoroughly lovely chap, so we were happy to oblige.
That said, I can't help but feel that this latest work for a brand that has a phenomenal record in the viral arena, isn't going to clock up quite the buzz as their John West vs Bear work.
Now, I thought that this would be an excuse to put the "John West kicks bear in nuts" ad up. But in seeking it out, I came across this "sequel" that I hadn't seen before. Loved it.
Still, "we fight hard to get the best salmon" is perhaps an easier message to get across than "we are now making ready-meals exclusively for Tesco". In that context, kinda hats off to them.
Thanks for that!
Actually its fresh produce, hence the straight from sea to shop!

Apologies, paraphrased poorly.
I spose (on reflection), what I was trying to say was that it's a nice ad for what it says and needs to do - it's just that it won't have the viral impact of other work.
But likewise, that it doesn't have to (and shouldn't be expected to), given what it is trying to communicate.

No, no, no, no - really lovely, sweet ad, absolutely crap as a viral though - who's gonna pass that on?

I meant the John West not the Net10 one. That's bang on.

Actually its not a viral work, its just a tv ad that we think is very good.
I don't think I have ever mentioned the ad with the word viral. But thanks for your thoughts BW
